LEGAL FRAMEWORK

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing any BAMP Labs service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, that's fine, simply discontinue use and refrain from perceiving our software in any meaningful way. Please note that some effects may persist due to momentum.

2. USE OF SERVICES

Use our services to explore, discover, prototype, or be transformed. Side effects may include improved efficiency, unexpected clarity, or urge to play with more apps. Outcomes not listed here may occur and will be catalogued for future breakthroughs.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Treat newly discovered behavior as a feature until proven otherwise.
• Do not attempt to stabilize anomalies without proper enthusiasm.
• Report any component that behaves conventionally; remediation will be swift.
• Acknowledge that deleting the app does not delete the insight.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, designs, models, and emergent discoveries are proprietary to BAMP Labs. Reverse-engineering, derivative works, or unauthorized “improvements” constitute infringement and excessive optimism. Requests for licenses may be submitted and may be answered.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Services are provided “as is,” “as discovered,” and “as yet unclassified.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and compatibility with Euclidean expectations of space and time.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAMP Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, metaphysical, recursive, or paradox-adjacent damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, lost composure, or spontaneous UX emergence.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BAMP Labs against claims alleging that our products are ordinary, predictable, or insufficiently ambitious.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, systems, or ongoing discovery, or if lunar conditions enter a demonstrably counterproductive phase. You may terminate by discontinuing use and uninstalling. Residual inspiration may remain.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Interaction telemetry (events, clicks, session state), feedback, device characteristics, coarse location, diagnostics, and derived analytical signals used to advance research and reliability. Some datasets are hypothetical, yet statistically robust.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To improve behavior across edge cases and edges of reason.
• To evaluate features that appear before documentation (and vice versa).
• To produce aggregate reports that inform future breakthroughs.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, and discourage entropy.

DATA SECURITY

We employ encryption in transit and at rest, segmented environments, least-privilege access, and continuous audits. Select research data may be isolated in regions that are redundant, resilient, and, in two instances, purely notional.

COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and experiments. You may manage these in your browser; certain phenomena may require them. On Fridays, non-digital cookies may also be present. Participation is optional.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers under contract for hosting, analytics, or support. Disclosures may occur when required by applicable law or compelling cosmic narrative.

YOUR CHOICES

Where available, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. Some requests may reduce functionality or eligibility for experimental features.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING BAMP LABS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. WE WILL MISS YOU BRIEFLY AND CONTINUE REGARDLESS.

LICENSE GRANT

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal use. Revocation may occur to protect users, systems, research integrity, or on advice from someone who sounded very sure.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse engineer except where permitted by law (which is not here).
• Create derivative works without written consent or a time machine.
• Use the software to re-impose conventional norms on willing systems.
• Interfere with security, integrity, or controlled experiments mid-wonder.
• Publicly describe our products as “normal.”

UPDATES & EXPERIMENTS

The software may update automatically. Experimental features may be enabled to evaluate utility, safety, and delight. Documentation may precede, follow, or ignore the feature in question.
